The Conducive Space for Peace (CSP) is a collaborative partnership between Humanity United, Oxfam Ibis and Reos Partners that questions and explores how to bring about much needed institutional change in the international system of peacebuilding support, and overcome obstacles to sustainable peace. It works through developing and supporting new, creative and innovative ways of collaboration among multi-level stakeholders in international peacebuilding institutions and those at national and local levels. It gathers evidence and catalyzes new ways of working to support peace building and to shift from rhetoric to practice.
The Conducive Space for Peace Accelerator is a four-day working meeting during Peace Week, bringing together cohort teams working in different conflict-affected contexts on innovative practices in international-national collaboration on peace-building. These cohorts are working on peace building in Mali, Syria, Bosnia, West Africa, East Africa and Nepal.
As a culmination to the Accelerator, we will be presenting the learnings in a high-level and interactive dialogue, as per the Peace Week Programme, to which you are invited.
